CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your appointment, a deposit will now be required at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from your treatment total on the day. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.
